Cadastrio Terms of Use
Welcome to Cadastrio.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Cadastrio platform, including its website, web dashboard, integration with Google Calendar, Google Workspace Add-on and other features made available by the platform.
By creating an account, installing, accessing or using Cadastrio, the user declares that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.

Hereinafter referred to as “Cadastrio.”
2. About Cadastrio
Cadastrio is a platform intended for the organization and management of client information associated with scheduling routines, with integration with Google Calendar.
Its features may include:
- registration and lookup of clients;
- organization of information related to clients;
- creation of custom fields;
- linking clients to events and appointments;
- management of different professionals and calendars;
- use through the Google Workspace Add-on;
- integration with Google services;
- management of workspaces and users;
- other features that may be made available in the future.
The features available may vary according to plan, access modality, user profile and product evolution.
3. Account and access
The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping their access credentials secure.
The user must not share passwords, tokens or other credentials in a way that could compromise the security of their account or of the stored data.
When Cadastrio is used by an organization, company or team, different users may hold different levels of access and permission.
The organization's administrator is responsible for granting access only to authorized persons and for reviewing or revoking such access when necessary.
4. Integration with Google
Certain Cadastrio features depend on integration with products and services provided by Google, including Google Calendar and Google Workspace.
To make these features available, the user may be asked to authorize specific permissions to access their Google account.
Cadastrio will request only the permissions necessary for the features actually offered.
The user may revoke the permissions granted through their Google account settings, noting that such revocation may prevent certain Cadastrio features from functioning.
Google, Google Calendar and Google Workspace are trademarks of their respective owners. Cadastrio is an independent product and does not represent, except when expressly stated, a partnership, endorsement or ownership by Google.
5. Data registered by the user
The user may enter into Cadastrio information related to their clients, contacts, professionals, appointments and activities.
The user represents that they hold a legitimate basis and, when necessary, adequate authorization to enter and process such information through the platform.
The user is responsible for:
- the origin and lawfulness of the registered data;
- the accuracy and updating of the information;
- defining which persons are authorized to access it;
- complying with the legal obligations applicable to their activity;
- the appropriate use of custom fields;
- not entering data that is unnecessary or incompatible with the purpose of using Cadastrio.
Cadastrio does not determine which specific information each user must register about their clients, except for that technically necessary for the platform to function.
6. Sensitive data
Depending on the user's activity and the custom fields created, data classified by law as sensitive personal data may be entered.
The user must assess the necessity and applicable legal basis before entering this type of information.
Cadastrio must not be used to store sensitive data that is not necessary for the user's legitimate purpose.
Specific features intended for medical records or clinical information, should they be offered in the future, may be subject to additional conditions of use and security.
7. User responsibilities
It is prohibited to use Cadastrio to:
- practice unlawful acts;
- violate the rights of third parties;
- access data without authorization;
- attempt to circumvent security mechanisms;
- introduce malicious code;
- exploit vulnerabilities of the platform;
- use credentials belonging to third parties without authorization;
- carry out data processing in violation of applicable law;
- use the service for fraud, spam or abusive activities.
The user is also responsible for the information, settings, custom fields and content entered by them or by authorized members of their organization.
8. Availability and changes to the service
Cadastrio will seek to keep the service available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation.
Unavailability may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, third-party services, unavailability of Google or its APIs, internet or telecommunications issues, force majeure events or events beyond Cadastrio's reasonable control.
Features may be updated, replaced or improved over time.
Relevant changes that significantly affect users will be communicated when applicable.
9. Third-party services
The operation of Cadastrio may depend on services provided by third parties, including infrastructure, authentication and storage services, and Google products.
These services are subject to the respective policies, terms and availability of their providers.
Cadastrio does not control and cannot guarantee the permanent availability of third-party services.
10. Plans, payments and renewal
Should paid plans be offered, their respective prices, features, periodicity and conditions will be presented prior to purchase.
Recurring plans may be renewed automatically in accordance with the conditions presented at the time of purchase.
The user may request cancellation in accordance with the commercial conditions applicable to the plan purchased and with applicable law.
The existence of a free, promotional or trial period does not imply a right to its permanent continuation.
11. Intellectual property
The software, trademark, visual identity, interfaces, code, documentation, graphic elements and other components of Cadastrio are protected by applicable law.
Purchasing or using the service does not transfer to the user any ownership right over the platform.
The data and content entered by the user remain the property of their respective owners or controllers.
The user grants Cadastrio only the authorizations technically necessary to process such information for the purpose of providing the contracted service.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data carried out in connection with Cadastrio will comply with applicable law, especially Law No. 13,709/2018 — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD – General Personal Data Protection Law).
When an organization or professional uses Cadastrio to process the data of its own clients and determines the purposes and essential elements of such processing, it will be up to that organization or professional to comply with the obligations applicable to the corresponding role of data processing agent.
When Cadastrio processes such data exclusively to provide the contracted services and in accordance with the client's instructions, it will act in the role corresponding to the activity it performs in the processing.

13. Security
Cadastrio will adopt technical and administrative measures that are reasonable and compatible with the nature of the service to protect the data processed.
No system connected to the internet, however, can guarantee absolute security.
The user must immediately report any suspicion of unauthorized access, compromised credentials or an incident related to their account.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cadastrio will not be liable for losses arising exclusively from:
- incorrect information entered by the user;
- improper use of the platform;
- improper sharing of credentials;
- actions carried out by users authorized by the client itself;
- unavailability of third-party services;
- external internet or telecommunications failures;
- revocation of permissions necessary for the integrations to function;
- changes made by external providers that affect their APIs or services;
- use of the platform in breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally excluded.
15. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent or unlawful use, risk to the security of the platform or of third parties, default when applicable, or a legal determination or order from a competent authority.
Whenever reasonably possible and permitted, the user will be informed of the situation.
16. Cancellation and data
The user may request cancellation of their account or service through the channels made available by Cadastrio.
The deletion, retention, export or anonymization of data after termination will comply with legal obligations, security needs, the regular exercise of rights and the conditions described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the product, legislation, security requirements or the operation of the services.
The date of the last update will remain indicated at the beginning of this document.
When a change is materially relevant, additional means of communication may be used.
18. Governing law and venue
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Without prejudice to the rights guaranteed by applicable law, the venue of Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, is elected to settle disputes related to these Terms, where legally applicable.
